Characteristics

Benthic echinoderm that predominantly inhabits hard seabeds, forming aggregations or beds. It is distributed between regions I and XII. Its meat is highly prized for its rich, delicate flavor, offering a nutritious source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and essential vitamins.

- Fresh Sea Urchin roes, packed in salted water solution, in plastic sealed cylinders of several sizes ( 250 gr 500 gr 800 gr net weight. (Master case 12 kg/Net) - Fresh Sea Urchin roes, dry packed in plastic trays (J-100) with 100 gr/net. (Master case of 10 kg/net)

FROZEN

- Frozen Sea Urchin roes, packed in J-80 (80 gr), J-100 (100 gr) or J-120 (120 gr). (Master case of 3 kg)
